Metropolitan People

I define Metropolitan People as those who hunger to be at the source of life. To be among those who hunger for activity in cities that buzz and hum with experiences, views, scenes, and vibes is to actively enjoy the a metropolis. A metropolis serves as the mother-city of progressive thought, action, habit, practice, and vision that pervades the greater nation/land. San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, London, Tokyo, Sydney, Prague, Berlin, Toronto, Vancouver, Mexico City, Cairo, etc.

Wikipedia defines a metropolis in this way:

It's a big city, in most cases with over half a million inhabitants in the city proper, and with a population of at least one million living in its urban agglomeration. Big cities belonging to a larger urban agglomeration, but which are not the core of that agglomeration, are not generally considered a metropolis but a part of it. A metropolis is usually a significant economical, political and cultural center for some country or region, and an important hub for regional or international connections and communications. The plural of the word is most commonly metropolises, though metropoleis [ooh, that's fun] is sometimes used as well.

It's a city regarded as a center of a specified activity, or a large important city. Importance is defined metrically by way of behavior rates in the various forms of human commerce. Anything from sex to sales to sex sales, it all happens in a Metropolitan area. The goal of the metropolitan individual, is to ensure that the activity produced in his or her metropolitan area is desired by him or her. If not, we must follow up with action.
